"The Royal Reception" Refund Policy
At The Royal Reception, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service and satisfaction. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. As such, we have created a comprehensive refund policy to ensure you have a worry-free shopping experience with us.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The item must not have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Refund Process
If you wish to request a refund, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).
Once you have obtained the RAN, please pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with all tags and accessories, and include a copy of the original invoice. Please ensure that the RAN is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure that it meets our refund eligibility criteria. If the item meets the criteria, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Please note that we will refund the original purchase price, minus any shipping charges. We will refund the amount to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).
Once you have obtained the RAN, please pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with all tags and accessories, and include a copy of the original invoice. Please ensure that the RAN is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure that it meets our exchange eligibility criteria. If the item meets the criteria, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
Please note that we will exchange the item for a different size or color, or for a different product of equal or lesser value. We will cover the shipping charges for the exchange.
